Why the company exists
Most cleaning problems are not cleaning problems
When a building manager calls us to replace a contractor, the complaint is rarely that the previous crew could not clean. It is that nobody knew exactly what was supposed to be done, the faces changed every few weeks, and there was no record to check when something was missed.
The company was started in Montreal in 2014 to fix that part of the job. The cleaning itself has to be thorough, but what makes a contract work is everything around it: a task list written before the first visit, the same people returning to the same building, a supervisor who inspects, and a clear answer when something goes wrong.
Those habits are not complicated. They are simply easy to drop once a contract is signed. Our whole organisation is set up so they are not dropped.
How we operate
Four rules we do not bend
These rules apply to every contract, whether it is a 3,000 sq. ft. clinic or a multi-floor office building.
The plan is written before anything is signed
You receive a task grid by area, with the frequency, product and method for each task, and a list of what is excluded. That document governs the contract.
The same crew comes back
Your building is assigned to a crew that learns its access, alarm codes, sensitive areas and habits. Replacements are trained on your site before they work alone.
Every promise has an inspection behind it
Supervisors carry out checkpoint inspections against the written plan. Gaps are documented and corrected within 24 business hours.
If we cannot supervise it, we do not take it
We accept a site only when an area supervisor can reach it on a regular basis. When that is not possible, we say so before quoting.
The team
A supervised team, not a pool of strangers
Each site is backed by three levels of people you can name. You always know who cleans your building, who checks the work and who answers the phone.

The same cleaners on every visit, trained on your building’s task grid, access rules and sensitive areas.
- Your area supervisor
One of our four supervisors, responsible for a group of sites. Inspects your building, adjusts the plan and is reachable directly.
- Our office
Proposals, scheduling, billing and insurance documents, from Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
